Warn Industries, Inc. (WARN) garantit à l’acheteur d’origine (a) la finition en usine du produit pendant un (1) an à compter de la date d’achat originale et (b) le produit exempt de défauts de structure, de fabrication ou de matériaux, s’il est utilisé dans des conditions normales et prévues pour la durée de vie du produit. Éléments non couverts par cette garantie : • Dommages ou usure des roues en raison des éléments suivants: mauvaise utilisation ou abus, accident, réparations ou modifications négligentes, utilisation hors route ou utilisation sur des routes non pavées, corrosion due à la négligence ou aux intempéries ou aux produits chimiques, accidents de véhicules, courses, charges en excès de la charge nominale des roues ou du contact des roues avec des objets sur ou hors de la chaussée. LA GARANTIE STIPULÉE CI-DESSUS CONSTITUE LA SEULE GARANTIE EXPRESSE. IL N’Y A AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE EXPRESSE. Warn Industries, Inc. (WARN) warrants to the original purchaser (a) the factory finish on the product for one (1) year from the original date of purchase and (b) the product free of structural, manufacturing, or material defects, if used under normal and intended use for the lifetime of the product. This Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable. Products covered by this warranty: • Epic Wheels To obtain warranty service: • Call Warn Customer Service at 1-800-543-9276 for warranty claim information. • Provide proof of purchase with a copy of a dated sales receipt and original bill of sale clearly showing the WARN Product purchased. • Make the claim within the Warranty period. • Attach your name, address, telephone number, a description of the problem, and a copy of your receipt and original bill of sale to the product. • Return the Product, transportation charges prepaid, to the Warn Industries Service Department at 12900 SE Capps Rd., Clackamas, Oregon 97015. OR Find the nearest Warn Authorized Service Center by visiting: www.warn.com/corporate/authservicecenters.shtml. WARN will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of a defective Product or component. The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the Product. Items not covered by this Warranty: • Damage or wear to the Wheels due to the following: misuse or abuse, accident, negligent repairs or alterations, off road use or use on unpaved roads, corrosion due to neglect or adverse weather or chemicals, vehicle accidents, racing, loads in excess of wheel load rating, or wheel contact with items on or off the road surface. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY. THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY WHICH BY LAW MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE OFTHE PRODUCT. WARN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL,INDIRECT,INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS,DOWN TIME OR LOSS OF USE) UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WARN WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. WARN reserves the right to change Product design without notice. In situations in which WARN has changed a Product design, WARN shall have no obligation to upgrade or otherwise modify previously manufactured Products. No WARN dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty. This warranty is valid only in the U.S.A. and Canada.
