4. In step four you will be cutting the slot for the plow strap. In order to make it easier to cut the hole, use a 1/2 inch drill bit and drill a hole at both ends of the marked rectangle. Take hacksaw blade and insert it through the drilled holes and follow your marked lines. See Figure 4.
5. Step five shows the strap through the hole. See Figure 5.

6. Refasten the plastic by using the top two factory supplied fasteners. See Figure 6.
