3. Duration and Scope of Loan 1. The duration of the loan and the scope of activities for which Warn will use the vehicle will be agreed upon prior to vehicle transfer. 2. Warn will make reasonable efforts to return the vehicle within the agreed timeframe, but unforeseen engineering needs may extend the period. Any extension will be communicated in advance and requires Participant’s consent. 4. Participant Responsibilities 1. The Participant represents that they are the lawful owner of the vehicle, with clear authority to loan it to Warn. 2. The Participant shall remove all personal property before the vehicle is delivered to Warn. Warn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. 3. The Participant is responsible for maintaining valid registration and insurance on the vehicle throughout the Program duration. 5. Warn Responsibilities 1. Warn will exercise reasonable care in handling and storing the vehicle while in its possession. 2. Warn agrees to return the vehicle in the condition documented in the Initial Condition Report, excluding ordinary wear and tear. 3. If damage occurs to the vehicle while in Warn’s care, Warn will either repair the damage at its expense or reimburse the Participant for the cost of such repair 4. Warn will provide the agreed upon Consideration upon successful completion of the Program.
